In just three interactive hours, you’ll:

  • Create reusable project templates and streamlined communication flows
  • Collaborate in real-time on a scenario designed for real admin challenges

Innovation Lab Tech Tips

To ensure a smooth and impactful experience, please note the following:

  • Working knowledge encouraged:
    • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and AI tools is strongly recommended. This is a hands-on, application-focused lab, not an introductory session.
  • Active participation required:
    • You’ll be fully engaged in guided, real-time activities alongside facilitators and peers.
  • Bring a personal laptop:
    • A fully charged personal device is required. On-site IT support will not be available, and employer-issued devices may have access restrictions.
  • Access details provided:
    • Instructions for accessing all tools and materials will be shared in advance of the start of the course.
