Admins are the architects behind the scenes—building the processes, systems, and structure that keep organizations running. In this future-forward workshop, you’ll learn how to combine your operational expertise with the power of AI to design workflows that are not just efficient, but adaptive and strategic.

We’ll explore how to blueprint smarter systems for daily work—think project tracking, communication hubs, task delegation, and documentation flow—using AI tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, and automation features in Microsoft 365. Then we’ll add strategic framing, helping you scale these systems across teams, anticipate change, and align your work with organizational goals.

You’ll leave with a customized blueprint in hand, plus the knowledge and confidence to build with intention and lead with innovation.
