After earning his business degree from San Francisco State University, Ted built an international sales team of over 6,000 independent agents, reaching the top 1% in that company. Dr. Sherry Yellin

Dr. Sherry Yellin has over 20 years experience designing, creating, and delivering learning and coaching solutions to leaders in education, government agencies, and private industry. She has a background in brain-based learning and wholeheartedly believes when we lead, teach, and live the way the brain learns best, we get immediate and extraordinary results.

Maggie Peters

As a coach, writer, speaker and entrepreneur, Maggie Peters aims to ‘break the mold’ of the career Human Resources (HR) professional. Maggie is passionate about the role HR plays in people’s lives and towards the overall success of organizations. ‘Most importantly, you genuinely have to care. When business is booming, everyone’s happy. She also is a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) certified practitioner.

Since 2001, Socorro has supported Franklin’s President and Chief Administrator Officer. Her latest role allows her to work in a virtual environment. She is part of a growing trend as a remote worker with 10 year’s tenure.

Socorro enjoys gardening, painting, trail walking, and spending time with her family and friends.

James Spellos

James Spellos is the President of Meeting U., a company specializing in helping people become more productive and comfortable with technology.

Jim is certified as a Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS). He delivers over 100 seminars annually on how to use technology more efficiently, and how it is altering the nature of business. He was a faculty member at New York University, teaching in the School of Professional and Continuing Studies for over 25 years. He has been honored with both their Award for Teaching Excellence and their Outstanding Service Award.

In 2014 Jim joined the Board of Directors for Rock and Wrap It Up, an anti-poverty, anti-hunger think tank, which supports food recovery for over 43,000 agencies in North America by recovering excess food from events. Jim co-created for them their Whole Earth Calculator app, which helps organizations identify the quantity of food donated and carbon footprint reduced by an organization helping to recover excess food from events. Jim’s focus on food recovery has culminated in a place on the inaugural BizBash 500 people in the events industry for his sustainability efforts.

Outside of the meetings industry, Jim is an accomplished musician and songwriter, playing guitar and keyboards, and when not traveling, is in his home studio recording new original material for release later this year.
